And another of Rogers pupils is amassing a crew where one could see parallells to Rocks as well. I mean, Rocks had all the big names and they now seem to assemble in Cross Guild.
High chance there is also a confrontation with Garps grandson or Rocks son and of course, being connected to Shanks.

Looking at it this way, the one person who seems disconnected and doing his own thing as a neutral party is Dragon. Sure, he was on God Valley but feels far more isolated from other crews and factions other than fighting the WG. There is a storm brewing and while everyone is outside, Dragon is sitting in his house and staring out the window.

Just out of curiosity

What was the last chapter you genuinely enjoyed?

Because if Oda's angels are on one side of the spectrum, you have the other side (about 50% of Worstgen's population) that sit here and discuss One Piece everyday while not liking anything that's dropped in the last 10 years

I don't think I've ever seen you say anything positive about a chapter in my 4-5 years on Worstgen

Is it sunk cost fallacy?

I wanna ask a lot of people here that question tbh. Because it always confuses me that I've seen the same group of people in the chapter threads for nearly half a decade yet most of them don't seem to enjoy what they're reading

Yea the entire dynamic is just weird tbh. People are quick to say Garp has been vindicated but his relationship with WG still needs a lot of explaining. Especially since a few years after God Valley atrocities like Ohara still happened.

I can only speak of my self but I believe one can criticise what they dislike about a story but still enjoy reading it.
There's quite a few shows/movies where this applied for me. I like them but could go on to write a 3 hour essay on all its faults and weaknesses from my perspective.
I hold the belief that the perfect work of fiction doesn't exist and if one were to desire it, one has to write it themselves.
