This chapter confirmed Xebec was capable to pull a skysplit all on his own which is pretty much a Joyboy feat. No Yonko managed to pull this kind of feat yet. So no, this is not a W, it's a massive L lol.
Sure, maybe they ain't in their primes but they have ACoC and other forms of top tier skills. The only lacking thing might be what Xebec managed to do with his CoC.
The absence of evidence does not prove they couldn't do this or that.
Like I said, they are capable to use ACoC and create massive destruction across this island. Their final finisher caused a huge shockwave which dwarfed the entire island. So yes, they do have all the tools to perform sky split. Xebec and Harald weren't doing it even though Harald is Xebec's true equal.
Furthermore, the "No-touch" stuff is already inconsistent af, there is no need to bring it up as a clear proof whenever characters skysplit. Kaido's and Big Mom's weapons touched and the sky was split.
Xebec doesn't go from being incapable to skysplit at all to him skysplit on his own in DR, lol.
