mates here want to roger to create a new sword attack outta their asses when their is none left , i mean come on its been 1100+ chapters anything you can probably imagine has already been shown or will be shown , i am sure some people could have gotten correct theeory as to what even one piece is , you just cant be disappointed at this point
Garp was using a barrier, Roger tried to thrust him and the thrust was tanked by Garp bro.
The barrier extends off Garp's fist and hits Roger's face, but Garp has already been hit by Roger in the panel. The impact is down by Ace's hilt — makes zero sense for it to be Roger using a barrier on the hilt of his sword/his forearm. There would be no slash effect if Roger used a barrier.
He tried to thrust Garp and you can see the slash effect around the side of Garp's abdomen, but it didn't cut him because he tanked it.
Regarding the hash effect, that's an impact effect. You can see the same hashes in Luffy vs Doflamingo or Luffy vs Katakuri.

I have been holding onto this agenda for years now but it’s finally becoming clear, Imu’s reaction to Joyboy’s haki was a repeat of Kaido’s reaction to thinking the scabbards have Oden’s haki or Enma has Oden’s haki.
obviously the scabbards aren’t Oden level and Enma doesn’t have Oden’s haki level but it’s similar enough in presence to Oden to give Kaido PTSD
Similarly, Imu wasn’t actually affected by Joyboy’s knot. He was affected by Joyboy himself. As in the fact that it was Joyboy’s haki is what affected him, not the actual strength of the haki itself.
we now have Domi Rocks doing a Joyboy haki level Solo sky split and Domi rocks ain’t fucking shit to Imu.
therefore the actual power of this level of Haki ain’t shit to Imu. It’s the fact that it was Joyboy’s haki that got Imu huffing and Puffing with PTSD
