Doesn’t matter, Oda spent most of the story not making Mihawk a relevant character, not bothering to grow him beyond Zoro’s EoS rival.

the only reason I give shanks a pass compared to Mihawk or dragon is because shanks has been appearing to care and do more than just be Luffy’s water boy.

Mihawk’s just waiting to get into his one fight of the series so he can lose
