Why do you even bother when you are failing at the most basic things such as understanding the timeline and different generations and WSC being a rumor in the present where Mihawk reigns and the fact that Mihawk is stronger than all of Kaido's top 5?
You like to get bodied all the time or is there another reason?
Is it so hard to understand that the purpose of Kaido's top 5 is to hype up Kaido and not the other way around?

It's not official in any way. So putting Kaido above Xebec, Imu, Whitebeard etc. based off it makes no sense just like it makes no sense to put him above Mihawk because of it (as you yourself admitted in this very post).

Has Luffy killed people for such petty reasons? And even Luffy isn't necessarily a symbol of morality, given the fact that he released all those prisoners from impel down.
What was said about Roger is that he went around killing people, and he inspired the pirate age, which fucked up many countries, like FMI. Same with Xebec, who went around destroying towns. Obviously, both of these things are evil

I'm not expecting much considering that the biggest 'features' people have hyped about it are mundane crap like couch cushions sinking when characters sit on them, beer bottles having bubbles in them, and fingerprint stains on stripper poles. All that processing consumption for aesthetic gimmicks rather than talking about stuff you can actually do in the game.
