I'd say yes but at the same time any fodder attack can blew holes to Gorosei and HKs, meanwhile Xebec was basically immune to Roger + Garp attacks til their finishers, it doesn't seem Oda treated Xebec with the mindset of him having the usual paper thin regen given to "immortals" .

Nah I mean I think Japanese fans are kind of the typical, oh Shanks is the strongest, then Dragon then Akainu/Mihawk types. They're not necessarily as big of Yonko wankers as the french fandom, which is big on like BM> Garp type takes, I guess

I don't think western OP yonko fans ever downplayed Garp that much. It was big in like, the French and Arabic OP communities, I know that for a fact. I think western OP Yonko fans are more so Sengoku downplayers then Garp.

Which makes no sense. Wengoku and Garp are tied, only difference is that Garp more relevant fighting wise.
If you respect Garp's PL, you respect Wengoku's.
