Yeah, wasn't in the mood today, maybe tomorrow. And yes it, it is what you keep implying (that I'm.. making shit up, deforming words & definitions, creating words salads, mental gymnastic, strawmaning etc.). So I need to find a way to explain a basic leftist concept simply so it sticks. That's not gonna be easy since I know there are less than 10 to 5% chances that you will actually take what I say into account.

But to give a short summary: your slogans are walking logical fallacies. regardless of whatever sociological/societal context you want to insert, the slogan/claim itself is generalizing, which is inherently anti-logical. You recognize this, which is why you deflect from the hard claim to a softer position that you can defend (motte-and-bailey), while emphasizing "oh no ACAB doesnt REALLY mean that ALL cops are ACTUALLY bad HuRrDuRr". yeah maybe then dont say all cops are bastards, find a better way to express that oppressive forces like the police create tendencies for bad behavior (what @Bisoromi Bear told you PAGES AGO btw).
Because to be really honest, I, and they probably as well, dont even disagree about problematic behaviours being enabled by the system of the police force, but we know better than to make blanket statements like "all men are sexists" and the like because they are obviously wrong, anti-logical, and ideologically driven nonsense.
