General & Others Wss vs utopia vs the one piece

One Piece - Because you need to be Strong to protect and lead and to fend off others + talented people who listens and respect you and is strong enough to take care of you and others
Utopia - Because you need to be strong enough to lead + talented who people who listens + wealth + Manpower + connection
WSS - train train train train train train train train train train - find Mihawk and beat him.
Utopia - Because you need to be strong enough to lead + talented who people who listens + wealth + Manpower + connection
WSS - train train train train train train train train train train - find Mihawk and beat him.
Utopia might be 1 since you’d need to be strong enough to hold your own against the government
Then again if we consider Hachinosu a “utopia” then I’d say it’s easier than finding the One Piece
Assuming that’s the case
It’s the One Piece (you need a stacked crew, with one of your members being one of the like 4 people alive that can read poneglyphs, you have to fight multiple Yonko or sneak into their territory, etc)
Forming a Utopia (strong enough to hold your own against the Government, bare minimum Yonko level threat so a stacked crew + strong captain)
Then becoming the WSS (you only need to become stronger than one guy, though he’s one of the strongest in the verse)
