With how hands-on and combat-focused Sabo is as Chief of Staff, there is a possibility Dragon may ask him to become an Admiral of the reformed Marines, now that I think of it.
I would say the next arc probably should not involve any WG forces, since the Straw Hats need to find the 4th Road Poneglyph, but I would also say they probably will be back, sooner or later. I can't expect whoever is attacking Mariejois will actually succeed.
