Problem with this is though I don't think you've given due consideration for Rej being salty as a plausible explanation here. You've acknowledged it and then said "well he could be crutching it too" which isn't really clear as a secondary interpretation from your posts up until now.

I am strongly against host's habits solve, flavour solve, clearing people for claims and so on. We can consider the claims but the play is what shows the colour, not how the host is giving the roles or possible fake claims.
We don't know if there's a janitor or not, maybe the mafia kill just failed for a reason and the janitor failed with it. That would mean RA being swapped with Tepig can be a possibile mafia action and that makes Tepig locked scum and the vig lock town.
In this world you as cop would probably be let to have a peek because most cops would check the cw and also a mafia member can be GF with interest to become your target, thing that shows towards your D1 scum reads, please remind me who you suspected (but since there's not just 2 in the mafia team I consider you were their N1)
The whole Alexis push started from nothing except a whimsical scum read of Rej's first post in the game and since he lied that much Idk how much weight I can put on his RB claim, he pretends he wouldn't lie on mechs but he already made too many mistakes to be trusted. The Mafia kill could fail because bittersweet protected you and then the RB on Rej doesn't mean anything, but he doesn't have anything else than the idea that Rej is scum and a team he constructed around that which I know it's wrong because he put me in it.

You’re missing the point about the janitor lol. Her point is that if a janitor has been used successfully, then you can doubt a vig claim that doesn’t have a proven shot, because there’s a chance that person is claiming the janitored role and isn’t actually a vig

It's a bit weird because on play if I really put a gun to my head I would say I think Ekko is town on play. The way he's getting stuck on rej doesn't really feel like he's trying to farm him. But the mech strongly implicates that slot and I can't see a way past resolving it. I do think the scenario of a busdrive can work but even then it implicates him unless we're dealing with terrorist scum who just do whatever without thinking, in which case there's no reason the RA kill isn't just a kill they make anyway. I'm also not getting much in the way of scum vibes from anyone so far, though I have a fair few town reads.
