She has busted regen (he'd need to kill every resident of California, iirc, to kill her as any time she's hurt the damage goes to a few Californian citizens, think of her as a very beefed up Hawkins) and she can turn almost anything into her personal weapon, including people if she genuinely believes she's superior to them in any way
Basically this ain't a great fight for Sukuna if he doesn't have a good way to counter the regen (i.e just erasing her whole existence)
