Iirc, the 千里 used in the raws for that BG comment is a very poetic term that's read in terms of meaning as just "a very long distance". It's not something you should take literally most of the time. It's kinda like saying that I travelled "across the world" while going from Kansas to Algeria. Obviously I didn't cover the full width of the planet or anything like that. It's just a phrase coined to signify some general sense of "phew, that sure was a huge distance".

This is data which quite literally proves Aramaki was sacrificed to generate revenue and that scene is irreflective of Oda's actual view of Shanks PL compared to Admirals
