What is more impressive?

You don't think that if he wanted to but was genuinely unable to move his body, he wouldn't have commented on that? You guys are reaction scaling too much. Shanks will never ever show the ability to stun anybody above vet level post-Wano, be sure of it.
Well Oda can express the limitations of this unique display of CoC in either two ways

1.) Greenbull could move during that attack, but it's still painful for him and Shanks can keep using it for a while

2.) Greenbull cannot move during that attack, but it requires immense CoC for Shanks to use and he can only do it for a few seconds.

The second option feels more realistic to me. As powerful as Shanks CoC is, it is hardly strong enough to keep a top-tier stunned for more than a few seconds at best. This feels in line with how Oda usually handles hax abilities, he makes it powerful but adds a time limit or bodily limit

Wait people believe Aramaki was actually physically paralyzed, as if he was unable to move even if he wanted? Why is that?
If something this crazy happened, Oda would have had him comment about how he can't move his body lol.
I always thought he got frightened by the sudden powerful haki burst and tried to defuse the tension when he sensed who was after him, so he stopped the battle and put his hands up to show he doens't desire to fight.

It's still amazing portrayal for Shanks to intimidate an admiral the way, but no characters can "paralyze" anybody above VA level just with their haki lol.
Every now and then I torment my brain by going to r/onepiecepowerscaling and uhhh....

Notice how the rat couldn't paralyze the lord of the coast tho :bamathink:

What happened is the same thing that happened to Imu with Joyboy's haki : the sudden haki burst disrupted their concentration which made might have made them momentarily *stunned them*, for like one fraction of second, but that was enough to cancel their active power (Gorosei teleporting back to Marijoa and GB logia form).
It's not a coincidence Oda chose the most overdramatic admiral for this scene, a more stoic one might have retreated still but in a more dignified manner

No he wasn't, why are you twerking for the red rat? If he got stunned it is from the shock, not from Shanks COC having special admirals stunning properties
Tbh I can see him being annoyed by it or very surprised, cause he was screaming when he sensed it. And it is Shanks who drinks haki viagra every morning to make his CoC bigger.

I can even see it causing him a sharp pain like the kind you get from a mild shock or something. But haki paralysis...I feel Oda would have revealed it in a grand way.

But also we have to consider how overdramatic Ryokugyu is, he overreacted to Yamato and Momo's attacks too.

I don't watch it. But why would this end ?
Take to much time to produce the episodes.
Alone Whistky Peak to Drum will take 8 Episodes. Alabasta might be a entire season covered up with 8 Episodes.

Actors getting older, cost will increase with new seasons because the ability and powers gonna be more funky.

Best example Enel one...
I also heard they had lot of heat debates between the team behind the set.
Needed 2-3 years alone for (Whisky peak and Drum) is crazy...
Alabasta might take another 2-3 seasons...

Doubt it, most likely it gonna ending with Alabasta and Crocodile fight.
They brought some good actors for the final part.
Im sure they making a 3 season who might get released around 2028-2029.

But yeah might end after season 3.
Yeah crocodile fight is fitting. After this is where the shit just gets too big so they’d have to basically cut a bunch of stuff (ironically is also when 4Kidz anime ended too)

I think the main thing is Greenbull's own dialogue where he says he's leaving "because I'm not picking a fight with you all yet".

Guy is on his own against armies in Wano, that alone should give him the benefit of the doubt.

But you know how special the OP fandom can be. For some it's likelier that Shanks can paralyze and oneshot Admirals with a technique he only used once than it is that Ryokugyu simply did not want to get mobbed.
