I hope we all realize whatever Harald does here doesn't mean admirals and Sanji can have COC, he meets the qualifications through the fact that his people worship him, and he used to essentially conquer countries by plundering them, while having royal blood(COC is genetic, something you're born with)

I think he's stronger than the average Admiral scaling him to Xebec. Around the levels of FA Akainu/Prime Garp though I'd give them a benefit of the doubt over him.

Of course we'd have to see his defeat at the hands of Loki and how it happened to fully get a picture, so this isn't a final verdict.

Orochi as a source is unironically less reliable then anyone who's read the manga, yeah. He doesn't know anything about the outside world, and Kaido himself contradicts him

Imo he basically let himself die at the hands of Loki. Been saying it for a while.
