These same attacks can poke holes in Marco and make him use his stamina regenerating. That's the argument. Doffy doesn't need attack power, he just needs a solid attack rate while tanking Marco's attacks.

Against King and Queen he had to constantly switch focus due to fighting two characters at the same time while having no AOE. Doflaming attack rate might be high but he is not equivalent to having to fight King and Queen together. Marco just needs to get close to Doffy one single time to give him hell. Doffy's CQC skills are way too lackluster for him to have a shot, the man was struggling against Sanji (resorted to parasite) and G2 Luffy. You really need an ideal scenario where Marco is unable to get close to Doffy and just constantly eat attack and I simply don't see that happening. Marco is not that weak.

Doffy's CQC skills are lackluster wtf? We're just saying anything now I guess.

Doffy is a CQC demon, he made Law look like a child in CQC. His weakness is lackluster haki and suspect AP. His raw CQC skills are the best of his class.

Marco has the shittiest stamina in One Piece, he burns through it rapidly, while Doflamingo has the best stamina among high tiers and the best rate of attack among high tiers which can help him land multiple blows constantly.
