I just can’t understand not only reading something I dislike (and some people here don’t even dislike it, they’re very passionate about how much they hate the series) but discussing it on a weekly basis

Hell, it isn’t even weekly for some people. Some people here that are very vocal about the series being garbage now are more active in the community than I am

Imagine you get married, for the sake of this comparison I will say to a woman although your sexuality and gender may be different than that (but note that I am not trying to disrespect you), and 10 years into that marriage you find out that your children aren't your's and are instead your brother's.
Would you leave or stay for the benefit of the children and you being possibly more stable in your current position than you'd be if you divorced?
Similar thing here, the "children" in this case are just the OP community in general. Hard to leave a community you've built such a strong connection to over the years, and it can also be hard to quit something that you've been a huge fan of for years on end, even outside of the "I've got so many friends that are huge OP fans" thing.

Especially when you keep sidestepping Cracker's ability to hurt Luffy and have him on the run for 11 hours despite Nami's hard counter.

People keep comparing base Doffy's performance to all out Cracker's performance. The moment Doffy pulled out awakening, Luffy struggled 20 minutes finding a way through. and now imagine Doffy started with awakening while fresh. Luffy never would've laid a hand on Doffy as he did against the version who was heavily worn down by Gamma Knife + 3 blows from boundman.

And those 11 hours against Cracker didn't even include G4. It was base Luffy chomping his softened biscuits and running away, while Cracker couldn't get past King Baum. The moment Luffy went G4 (Tankman), Cracker was one shotted.

Nope. Both Kaido and Goofball acknowledged that the latter was already on his last legs. He never fully recovered from the earlier damage, so they were both worn down by that point. Unlike the Doffy fight, where Doffy had to deal with the Gamma Knife band-aid problem the entire time. Luffy did not have any equivalent nerfs here.

Bounties are not solely a reflection of combat ability. Law warranted an equal bounty to Luffy for his role in taking down Doflamingo and betraying the World Government.

In terms of combat ability, it wasn't close. We didn't get to see the full extent of Luffy postskip until the Katakuri fight.

Now compare and contrast how utterly powerless Doflamingo was versus G4 to Cracker fighting that mfer for 11 hours despite having to deal with Nami's hard-counter against him.

Doesn't matter cause a basic 1 handed G4 attack can take down a Cracker soldier. This idea that Doflamingo can't break a clone of Cracker is dumb as shit.

Not just Doffy, but even a guy like DR Law has 154 different ways of beating Cracker. Cracker's gimmicks only worked against the likes of Urouge and Luffy.

I've posted the panels, you can see for yourself. Doflamingo's Awakening was dangerous because of Bird Cage. It wasn't a threat to Luffy directly.

You know you can't because Cracker like many YCs is just a gimmick fighter. Trying to extrapolate gimmicks into overall combat ability is logic fail.

Even if he can break an armor Cracker can just generate them, he isn't more potent than Goofy tough luck for Doffy there
