Oda can barely even focus and give feats to characters introduced in the first 100 chapters, very directly connected to Luffy and Zolo like Dragon and Mihawk(and plz don't do some cope like, oh Oda is akshully waiting for op to turn exactly 30 years to give them feats, saving the best for heckin last!!!) but people think he's going to find time to give Doffy and Katakuri focus
