If he's talking about the former then that confirms ACoC allows you to halt regeneration but doesn't allow you to kill immortals

If Garling was able to kill him then I assume Garling is able to "remove" people's immortality somehow. Maybe something that people with the mark of the Abyss are capable of

Ngl, the only W that I care about is that the theory that Dragon was a former high ranking marine has been debunked. I always thought it would make zero sense, and the only reason Akainu mentioned Luffy being his son was just to show off that Akainu is a true believer of sins of the parent transfering to the child, while Kuzan and Kizaru don't really care, and just see Luffy as a rookie
