Wdym? Imu doesn't know about Gaban and the SHP. I'm not talking about the specific details, it's not that Elbaf is so strong, it's that the government takes it so seriously. Imu would never show up to Amazon Lilly in any situation, they see it as mostly harmless

I was thinking to myself in the last chapter: Wow, finally the two useless ones are going to do something — maybe they’ll defeat the Holy Knights who are trying to kill Roger. But they simply just grabbed him (it’s not even shown) and that’s it. The chicken wings are incredible, Gaban himself is even stronger than Kaidou.

- Then we can see characters like Newgate, Linlin, Kaidou or Shakky in the montage closing God Valley incident.
And Shiki is so useless that he wasn’t even in the closing scene. @Sir Yasheen @Ven437 @MonsterKaido

After seeing shiki at GV changing him to zeff would've changed literally nothing and might've even made it more interesting lol, he fits as the Sanji's top tier parallel much better than gaban imo lol

The theme doesn’t work either — Shiki is a dual-wielding swordsman. Zeff could’ve actually been better and would have given the character more substance.

Not to mention that Oden > Shiki.
