I'm not sure that he is, at least not yet. If I had to make a case specifically it would probably come down to the confidence in his posts
The bigger issue I have is with you at the moment. It seems your mindset isn't in a town space and you have a direct conflict in your posts and what should be a town mindset if you were town.
What gets me, is your main push here is off of an exchange that doesn't quite fit what you are framing it as and then on top of that it is a very complex thought process that you are assuming signifies Cal as scum. It takes lots of assumptions at many levels to get there that the specific reason which is very unlikely to be accurate, but that is what you are pushing...while supposedly being town. Doesn't make sense. Very scummy
This just feels like it is something you can push to appear busy over actually feeling it is likely and caught scum

This might be the worst post of the bunch. Flower is a DV at a mimum right, she as town would know she isn't long for this game. No scum would leave her alive with extra vote power and claimed more moves, but her mindset in reality here was to coast, but now she has to work. Scum slip possibly cause this and added to her thought on Cal it does not have a town mentality behind it
Then a flip to well even if they are not scum must policy them still
Overall, Flower's play, thoughts, and mindset is just not up to par here for a town Flower

Town has to work together. So to get the odds back to town we need to
1. Find your strongest town reads first and foremost.
2. From there work with those town reads to develop a suspect pool
3. While still working with those players decide on the best path through the suspect pool
4. Don't be hostile babies or stubborn mules and make sure to work together
5. Work TOGETHER, don't alienate people

Like Frieren when I wanted Hayumi/Ratchet and none followed right?
Like One Piece when my strongest TRs got offed after I was game removed because people rather listened to scum over flipped Town, even my own Mason..right?
Like Witcher when I said Poyser and Ekko were scum together and people defended them from me right?
Like FMA when I told people to kill Luka and Poyser D3 and people still kept following them all game…right?
Like the Doctor‘s game when I called Hime scum and was offed despite ISO‘ing 5 of her games with an eye infection which caused Fuji to sub out and Town lost, right?
I had one bad game all year and that was WoW, so don’t give me that insulting crap.
