If Luffy was a swordsman, Zoro wouldn’t be special anymore. That isn’t something yall should ask for. Zoro wouldn’t never be able to be WSM because Luffy would end up being PK and WSM

With special technique under his belt like Ashura and King of hell(a Haki mass attack ehich one current luffy has shown).

Zoro was destined to be WSS whether you like it or not.

Is the implication from the Garp/Roger fight with Xebec that running out of haki is pretty easy when you´re using ACOC? If so, Luffy´s armament isn´t anything that crazy, and since his fruit has been retconned as a zoan, we could just assume he would generally be somewhat weaker, making him probably below everyone on the list, I guess.

With Nidai, he'll have good swordmanship so probably around GB level. It's hard to say if he would've progressed as much with a supreme graded sword.
