Yeah but like, why would you assume there might be a stacking mechanic at all?

My question is, does other poison abilities in mafia have stacking mechanic like that. If so I'm wrong.

My experience with poison did not have anything about stacks. That's why I'm asking.

well because apparently it does in the game ( the thing i said before about seeing more ticks when you reapply it ) but also in the wiki it says that

Scarlet Rot accumulates gradually and comes into effect once the threshold is reached. The higher the player's Immunity stat, the longer it will take for Scarlet Rot to become effective. Immunity can be increased by increasing the Vigor stat. Once effective, the player will receive continual damage over time until the effect wears off.

meaning the stacks could also mean " the scarlet rot is not active yet " like maybe u need N amounts of stacks for whatever debuf it applies to become effective

Okay, maybe it would be helpful if i claim it.

My second ability in addition to x-shot Night kill is x-shot ability that applies 1 stock of Scarlet Rot to the target. It rolecrushes the target if i use it multiple times.
I used it on Ripped tonight in addition to sending kill on Charlie. So interesting that multiple people claim to be affected by Scarlet Rot but not Ripped.

I mean, cal claimed semi redirections. Maybe your shot was redirected at Mono then

But I don't call it stacking tbh. Proccing is the term generally used for that.

Not poison- my role says target is rolecrushed when i target with Scarlet Rot the second time. First time it only applies a stack of rot which i am not told what is the affect.

I used to play some lol and there's some roles like twitch / old swain where you apply posion and you can apply multiple stacks of it ( meaning the poison does more dmg based on how many stacks u have )

There was Elden Ring mafia some time ago on other site i am playing (OLF) and mafia was Golden Order faction. I think Flower played that game.

I was assuming it was just NPCs and town vs Bosses as mafia cause pretty much all claims and deaths so far had been NPCs
