Except even in real life, there are minors who look like they're in their 20s, and 30 year olds who can pass as minors (baby faced people literally exist). Hence why people stress that you make sure you ask somebody's age before getting with them unless it is plain obvious, instead of just going based off looks lmao.
And even in drawings, Oda makes distinctions for certain characters when they look young vs when they look older, while other characters can look old af even when young.

This is a really interesting possibility that could add a lot of depth to Imu. Maybe humanise them, make them a little sympathetic at least despite the utterly deprived, evil atrocities they have commited for most of a millennium (many centuries at least) now.
Agreed, if we have to see Ida die too, I'm gonna be so upset. Especially with how well written and genuinely loving and caring she is. It's too easy for Oda to kill her off and do his dead mother tragedy fetishism he loves so much though.

Dunno how “Mihawk” fans can enjoy One Piece like this
I know most are Zoro fans in disguise but to people that genuinely have Mihawk as their favorite character it just boggles my mind
I feel the same way about Dragon fans pre GV tbh
What is there to even latch onto, like
At least with characters like Shanks or the Admirals they show up periodically and are relevant
Like someone having Kuzan, Kizaru, or Fuji as their favorites I can understand. Even Akainu with his performance in Marineford
Dragon and Mihawk have done nothing to warrant an existing fanbase. Dragon fans got lucky with GV but Mihawk still has nothing
Feels like stanning them means you’re in for eternal torture. Sure, they’ll do something eventually but mannnnnn fuck all that waiting
With Mihawk I know it’s 99% about powerscaling and 1% about his character so it makes a bit more sense if you look at it through an agenda lens
