WB/Dodger both bitched out of fighting Kaido/BM and called rulers of the sea on the same pedestal as them. Prime GV Dodger was mid and never beat a top tier 1v1 in his life as a tourist. Ray can't beat Oden unless it's a 2v1

It seems like Idas dead or Almost dead in this point of this flashback now and that’s why Loki traveled the world as a pirate to look for a cure and was stopped by Saint Shanks for some reason which caused him to have a grudge against him since Loki also destroyed and arsoned the village that poisoned ida its most likely why he gets chained up which then ida ultimately dies Damn poor Loki.

Not everything is about powerscaling, they just don't want to get into unnecessary fights if they don't have to.
