Yea but Wang Zhi and John were never called Shiki's rival, so by default he will always be ranked higher than them. As a whole he is higher in the pecking order off that alone.
It took Prime Garp and Sengoku to take Shiki out, it took hakilet Awakening noob Law, and hakilet awakening noob with a lego lego no mi to take Big Mom out.
