I'm not even opposed to this tbh, Luffy has everything in his arsenal, and Kuzan hasn't shown me anything to say he beats Luffy.
But unfortunately objectively speaking there is no shot Luffy even beats Kizaru, let alone high diffs him. Is that a Kizaru specific thing or would his fellow Admirals do the same by way of portrayal? That can be discussed.

Imo Boundman Luffy beats Kuzan extreme diff
Not sure about people like Aramaki and Issho as they haven't shown their full kits, Sakazuki probably got a considerable power boost, and Kizaru is unknown as his fight with Luffy wasn't that serious. Although I do believe Luffy would beat him if he were serious from the start

Enel is not someone like Caribou lmao. Caribou has a doghsit tier fruit and no haki. Enel has highly developped COO that he combines perfectly with his fruit. He just has mediocre physical stats (although they were fine for the time) but his fruit is so broken he doesn't need more against anybody that isn't immune to his fruit or a high tier +
Enel is a competent fighter btw. Despite being a "DF merchant", even while super nerfed and having never faced rubber before he adapted to Luffy very quickly, Oda had to make him lose his mind and focus for Luffy to land a hit that was a proto G3 + G2 combo(only pre-ts Luffy's attack that created a massive sonic boom, that is how Oda emphasizes speed even now as seen with WSG) to win.
Vergo is not freakin Garp, his haki is good for his tier but he isn't immune to the Goro Goro's AP lol. Enel was basically one or two shotting everyone in Skypea (even characters that always had great durability that impressed Kuma like Zoro) while sticking to 10% of his AP potential.
Enel can genuinely stick to sniping Vergo from kilometers if he senses that the guy is a threat in CQC.

Y’all do know that I don’t think Shiki is actually some YC level scrub, right? I still think the dude’s Yonko level, I just think he happens to be at the bottom of the Yonko totem pole (below the OG Yonko at least). These panel makes it obvious he’s supposed to be in the same ballpark as Kaido, BM, and WB
