Robin is able to read the language of the poneglyphs. What if this language and the language of the magic circles is the same?
Perhaps in addition to his DF powers, Imu is using some form of ancient kingdom magic.
I think Robin could learn this power. Mostly because it would fit with her character as a historian and it would give her an avenue to damage the Holy Knights. Her fighting them this way makes much more sense than her getting ACoC.
