It means Bus Driver and Redirect can co exist in the same game as the same alignment or different alignments. Usually a Bus Driver would change the first target of the Redirector or a Redirector the first target of the Bus Drive.

I think only the three people who got targeted by Yorks track ability are contagious? All the other rot should be static.
Or did I miss a passive ability/wording?!

Yeah okay the only way to spread rot is this:

Seedbed Curse: Target a player and infect them with Scarlet Rot, also learning of any player they visit that night. Any player that visits them onwards through the game will be affected as well and gain 1 stack of rot each time.

So we can't track ppl based on this, because scum won't bother to out stacking rot.
