When he split the skies his condition was stable, the point is he was not stable at all after a while during MF. He had heart attacks left and right mate. Youre being disingenuous making this comparison.

Not only that, why would WB only be able to use Armament coating and not Conqueror's coating? The mechanism/mass behind both is the same

Shiki is a useless bum. Kaido and Big Mom had arcs dedicated to them in the manga, while Shiki was overshadowed by a 21-year-old young Kaido in a flashback that was his only chance to appear.

Oda definitely had the core concepts of what he wanted each haki type to be IMO. He introduced mantra early on after all and for a second I don’t believe he intended for Logia’s to be defeated only by natural weaknesses.

I think he was using haki irregularly, and not at the same potency he would have in his stable state, let alone prime state. Marco literally noted that his reaction speed which I assume is linked to his CoO has gotten far worse.

And there's no reason to assume any haki is more affected by heart attacks than the other, since the mechanism behind COA and COC is exactly the same - just outputting stored haki mass.

No, it was never confirmed. I looked this up and it's literally just people speculating because of one panel where WB appears to stumble when someone else saves Ace.
