Guess:
Jarul & Loki were the only two giants on Elbaph with CoC except Harald. Hajrudin possible exception but he had already sailed away.

So Harald got himself tied up and wished for them to pour all their haki into one attack (same as Xebec vs Garp & Roger).

Imu was driven out and Harald somehow died afterwards, perhaps Loki had to kill him because of the deep sea contract being able to regenerate in time or something.
