It was the dichotomy thing with Saber. You let scum claim your role when there were enough overlapping elements that it‘s one. I pointed it out because if two roles exist on the same side that take shots from a dead role, that just doesn’t make sense. It makes sense for scum to take away important resources or make sure that a Townie can’t use a specific scum role. So one of you had to be scum. At first you misunderstood his claim, but when he said he indeed takes the remaining shots and doesn’t copy the role, that’s when you should have voted him and not budged at all. And that I was treated like I‘m the scum when it was incredibly obvious, especially from a Town!you pov was incredibly infuriating to deal with. It’s like when I had to tell Magic in the Anon game who was the scum from a Town him pov (and I was right back then as well). I spent like, every free minute I can spare to read the game and get pushed over such nonsense when I‘m right (and I already knew I was right at the time since both of your roles just don’t exist on the same side outside of Weeb games).
No I didn't Flower. I pushed Saber for a lynch before he claimed and after he claimed my response was "happy to lynch this". My actual error there was reading too much into his reaction afterwards and giving him some leeway, because I correctly pointed out that every other aspect of his game was like his scum play.
That said, I don't agree woth the idea that the two roles can't co-exist in a Fuji game. Fuji has done this sort of thing before, and I don't really agree with him on it because I think sometimes he goes too far to avoid setup spec to intentionally laying traps. Which works in terms of dissuading the spec.
All I was saying with you was I didn't like how you kept trying to push me for a lynch off the back of our roles not co-existing. If you had couched the read in a proper analysis of each of our behaviours and then used that as a point to justify why we should be lynching between us, it would be a different matter. But you didn't do that. Indeed, you couldn't really explain why anything I did was acrually scummy. You just leaned on the role spec. And I am going to have an issue with that, because it's shallow analysis that deserves to be prodded. And I know I'm town, so my fear is, if I get lynched today, you with your argument have made it so you don't need to answer for your suspicion on me being relatively unsupported by evidence, you can just point to Saber and say "well I was wrong between the two, oh well, lynch him instead".
That's what I mean by "force a dichtomy". You're acting like I was stopping you from suspecting Saber at all, and that's just not true. It's not even close to being true. I just didn't like how the argument for it only considered one aspect and not a holistic view of our slots.
I don't really think it's unfair of me to expect you to be able to engage with that. But you didn't ever engage with it, you just called me scum, or said you just don't want to play games I'm in because I always push you (not really true but whatever) and all other sorts of crap that I just didn't want to read. So I just gave up frankly, lost interest and coasted out the rest of the game until I died.
