I didn't like Superman that much, and the whole project strategy of James Gunn is really weird. Supergirl and then Clayface? Wtf

Cross Guild sort of proves how little chemistry the Shichibukai have as a group. Without Buggy, it'd be pretty dry and uninteresting. I think that hurts it as an "Akatsuki" group, since it's a collection of strong people and that's it. I'd say the Tobi Roppo are closer to the Akatsuki than the Shichibukai.

Ngl it’s crazy how good the dynamic was in pretty much every Akatsuki duo except for Pain and Konan (since she was basically just a goth chick who served as Pain’s Uraume). Even Black and White Zetsu had a good dynamic. Probably one of the key reasons they became the most popular villain group in anime

1:Warlords, I don´t even really think they´re an Akatsuki rip off,but they were fun. Croco is one of my favorite characters easy, Doffy was almost as fun, Teach is my favorite character but he really never did his job, I find value in pretty much all of them, even if some have been pretty bland in recent years(Jimbei,Hancock, Kuma, Buggy,Mihawk), at the time of the pre TS, they were super entertaining. Oh, I´m also a huge fan of Moria and Thriller bark, though obviously people have mixed opinions on him. They sort of have some issues with in universe consistency, like why a government would tolerate them, but some of them sort of justify their position(Mihawk, great example), so I don´t mind a lot, but Teach getting the position is kind of.... odd, for now.

2. The Holy Knights:Not bad, but the late intro kind of hurts how much we can care about them, they just didn´t have the in story buildup, being intro´d after chapter 1000. So some hints earlier on would be nice, as well as actual achievements to the groups name aside from spawn killing fodder. Sommers really is great, he has that OG OP fun to him, with genuine horror movie ass powers. Garling is fine, I kind of dislike the ones who don´t really look human like Maffery and Killingham though, kills the vibe.

3:Rocks pirates
I mean, their dynamic just wasn´t really written? All i get is that Big Mom looks down upon Kaido as a little bro, but I have no idea why the rest of them ended up in conflict, since at worst they were just acting tsundere for eachother. Lame as fuck. And that one scene where they robbed the charity created the most annoying, obviously BS robin hood perception in peoples minds, which is annoying and started retarded arguments, since we know what Big Mom, Kaido, Shiki etc are actually like when it comes to morality.
