I think those people are kinda forced, Sanji and Shanks parallels were so strong i thought Shanks would train him in the time skip.

The parallels aren't forced, they're just there. I don't think they're really reflective of anything other than Oda really liking his character design for Shanks and featuring several characters in the story.

Oda likes this certain archetype and certain tropes that go with it.

Do you not find it odd how many prominent characters have hidden origins as nobles or sons of kings? How many have secret names? How many have blood relatives that reject them? How many have been imprisoned by their relatives as punishment?
