Sure, there will be subtle differences in strength but nothing remotely comparable to YC1-other YCs imo. They seem to be a homogeneous group of underlings, much like the Tobi Roppo. No leader amongst them

Ulti did great and she had to handle much tougher opponents. WsW and Sasaki were paired in their quest for an All Star spot but they didn't really stand out to me. I think Drake too is (a bit) stronger than both.
There is a wide consensus on P1 being the weekest, and I actually agree with the majority, however he was able to hold his own for a bit against RS Sanji and Big Mom took him out. He can't be that far off.
This looks reasonable: Ulti > Drake >= WsW >= Sasaki > Black Maria >= P1
About Warcury, I can't deny he actually appeared to be the strongest of the original lot. He faced Nika and the giants head on while the others played a minor fighting role. I'm not sure we'll ever get an answer to this, Blackbeard might kill them all by eliminating Imu before they even got another chance to fight

Dragon left the Navy after he failed to save Shamrock (and Shanks) from Garling. Also, the guy was the reason GV was even happening. Dragon vs Garling is more fitting imo
