Like Imu cant possess anyone in the RHP to deal with Loki right. Shanks is not near him. And its possible hes not behoden by the pact anymore given that he lost his arm.

Okay, so I want to discuss Ragnir, but I'm going to say to take this with a grain of salt.

1. Inanimate objects that "eat" devil fruits have limited intelligence. They can't speak well.
- Smiley was a mass of gas that was fed a devil fruit and it spoke, but not in a human voice (?)

2. Homies actually do have intelligence. Nash, the homie shield in Elbaf, communicated intelligently. It used human language. As do Zeus, and most of the other homies.
