4. Feitan
5. Phinks
6. Killua
7. Morel

But in terms of matchup, Killua beats pretty much everyone above him except maybe Kurapika, as Godspeed is just too OP and none of them have the speed to fight it.

Uvogin probably loses to Morel and Feitan, Morel because he's just a good counter to a fighter like Uvogin and Feitan because Pain Packer basically guarantees the win against a brawler.

I also think there's a chance Kite beats Uvogin, but we never saw what Kite was fully capable of.

godspeed killua is too fuckin strong , theoritcally he can blitz anyone here and take their head off or rip them to shreds.
portrayal wise tho , i dont think killua is on the level of freaks like illumi or hisoka so i will leave him out of this.

kite can easily rise to the top here , its just that we dont know much abt his hatsu.

Personally I think morel should be above phinks and kite. Morel's ability is more useful in general where as Kite's ability is more one dimension.

I would swap uvogin with kite but other than that good list.

uvo is physically strong but lacks overall nen control in which kite is overall a more complete fighter - realistically overall in terms of spiders he falls in the mid range with nobu phinks and franklin.

kite was noted as a master nen user and highly proficient in en as a conjurer he was noted to be physically capable of matching knuckle, was able to speed blitz chimera ant officers and while being distracted from protecting gon & killua ven after losing a whole arm he was able to damage pitou while leaving an impression on her., highly adaptable both in ability but also IQ he can be comparable to hisoka in that dept tbh

overall he beats feitan but have them as comparable due to feitan win v ant queens daughter whatever name was again.

In the world of hunter, tactics and IQ go very far. I have Morel near the top of this list. Literally his underling Knuckle was stated to be Kite lvl, he took out two squadron leaders and IIRC he only came into the Royal Palace showdown with 30% of his nen reserves and he still gave a Royal Guard trouble with his ability, can only imagine what he would do with 100%
