It's not Takamura, it's Uzuki's inferior cosplay. And he's kinda lame. I'd say that he just got Takamura by surprise, similarly to the tunnel effect asspull there's a one in a million chance that Takamura could get defeated and so he did because of the plot. At least the tunnel effect had Atari to use her last bit of luck.

Basically this manga is "turn off your brain and enjoy the action choreography", every time I start expecting something out of it, I get frustrated, but once it remember it's a gag/parody manga, it's all right.

Inferior cosplay defeated Takamura, not just defeated but fucking oneshot him lol. Suzuki fucking dropped the ball sooooo hard because before the Museum and Thailand arc, this manga was like 10/10 for me.

He was one of the best parts of the manga....something that set it apart. Like Takamura was more so an entity than a character, it was so cool. Then now he got reduced to being Uzuki's schizo persona. So lame
