With the way Loki is chained up too, he's mimicking the extremely gruesome, horrific, painful execution method by Vikings too, the Blood Eagle. One of the most painful ways to die/be executed.

Maybe he could be a Thunderbird or something? Imagine if he's a flying badass giant bird zoan like Mars (although Mars might be an actual demon ofc) and he fights him in the air? Like a more extreme version of Marco vs King although their fight wasn't as aerial as I hoped it to be lol.

Although, mythical bird could be cool, but I don't know any important bird in Norse mythology. Come to think of it, I only know a big ass wolf Fenrir and whatever Sleipnir is, but we've just had a wolf Yamato, so maybe Oda's cooking something else there.

I still hoped for a shape shifting DF, but mythical Zoan makes sense.
