Black blades are just armament imbued blades made permanent. There's nothing special about it. The only ones who claim it to be some top tier Haki is Zoro/Mihawk fans.

The databooks already implied that they are not entirely Haki related. As it has more to do with the relationship between the wielder and the blade.
