only Muslims celebrate Eid

Wrong. I have been invited to celebrate Eid despite me not being muslim. And I have accepted the invitation. So I celebrated it with them.

I have also been invited to eat with muslims during ramadan at the end of the day.

I think you are confusing the fact that Christmas is more of a commercial event than a religious one nowadays. At some point, the same will happen with some Islam religious events imo.

The goal is not to celebrate JC but to sale presents and have people buy a lot of shit.

I don't know what Arab people do but Islam teaches not to celebrate the prophet's birthday rather to pray more on that day if possible

Whereas only Jews celebrate Hanukkah, only Muslims celebrate Eid, only Hindus celebrate Diwali, etc.

Yeah, celebrating the Prophet's pbuh birthday is an innovation. He himself never did it, nor did the sahaba.
