I've described this before but one can muster an attack way above their overall level. Elizabello was the perfect example of this in Dressrosa. Luffy with KKG in DR was another. That attack was beyond anything a YC level character can come up with.

Ragnir + new DF + Loki's base could prob. muster an attack than Shanks and Gaban individually, but there is no way he's stronger than Shanks alone, let alone both of them.

If he was that strong, Shanks wouldn't beat his ass and WG would value him more than 2.6b.

Even if he managed to escape what would be the point lol he has nothing to do now
