-Loki wanted to destroy Mary Joa
-Shanks prob. remembered what Roger said about Nika being the chosen one, not Loki (But Loki's fruit would've been neccesary to assist Nika too).
-Shanks went to his mission to retrieve Nika's fruit
-Met Luffy
-Told Gaban (and Rayleigh) about Luffy being the chosen one
-Both Gaban and Shanks tricked Loki in someway (they captured him) so that way Loki wouldn't do something stupid.
-That's why Gaban handed the keys to Luffy to free Loki after he made sure Luffy is Nika.

Prime Roger couldn’t penetrate Haralds equals haki either. Is Loki > Roger + Garp?
1. They are frozen. Like how Oars, an ancient giants died of being frozen
2. Rocks himself is the one that says that Harald commanding the Ancient giant Galley La could end the world.
3. And Jarul is the one that says Harald Eating the Elbaf fruit could end the world

My theory (this is a theory now) is simple. the Elbaf DF can somehow ressurect the Galley La. That’s the only thing that explains why Rocks wants both the Galley la and the DF at the same time.
And of course they are dead since they are fucking frozen to death so how else would they factor into Rocks’s plan if they aren’t being resurrected
