Yep, that's gotta be Fenrir. You can see hints of fur (or poorly drawn outlines) beneath the stomach, so it's no dragon/reptile. And Fenrir is the only other thematically suitable alternative.

Actual mythology. Ratatoskr and Nidhoggr are tied together

And the silhouette has back scales and is much more slender than a wolf (more like a serpent), which is how Nidhoggr is often described.

I doubt itll be called Nidhoggr, it likely has a name like Nika for Luffy
