lol no, zoro maybe with CoC could temporarily damage and slow harald down but if hes not fighting back and allowing his thoughts to run rampart they both get mogged, sanji will only survive currently due to his 3 power creeps he got in wano - durability but harald bodies him with ACoC and just base CoC/CoA
