Bleach aged well for the modern climate. Shows like jjk have more of the Bleach aesthetic than the other two.
One Piece would be dead last in the West. The only reason One Piece finally broke through to the mainstream is because 1.Anime became mainstream 2.Naruto ended.
It only took One Piece a decade after Naruto finished to finally do it. There's no shot it can compete here if both are ongoing at the same time.

Bleach and One piece are getting axed after 10 chapters. People need to understand that alot of manga living from early hype and especially powerscaling in shounen, people dont have the patient anymore to invest into world building, look at this forum or social media alone
to make my point: In chapter 12 of naruto kakashi reveals the sharingan for the first time and fight zabuza
In bleach Ichigo fights against a fodder hollow of the week and in one piece zoro gets dunked on by buggy stabbing him on the back
Also early bleach and one piece art is very rough

Guys, re-read the first 70 chapters of Bleach again. It's a very slow slog through Ichigo developing his friend group that is immediately usurped one arc later in importance.
Up until Ichigo takes on Ikakku, roughly chapter 100, Bleach really isn't that good. The Soul Society is a fantastic arc that would be an instant hit today. There's too much foreplay before that though—The Shiba House, Rukongai, the training arc to go to Soul Society. It's endless and that's even after the previous Substitute Shinigami arc.

Meh, I'm not looking at this hypothetical in this way. Each series would have to adjust to the current serialization schedule. Kubo would just fast forward to Soul Society.
If Oda fast forwarded the East Blue saga, One Piece legit gets worse, Bleach only improves.
