Loki’s scaling is in a really weird spot because a similar argument could be made for guys like Kaido and Shanks
The Gorosei are legitimately wary of Kaido (as we see with their reaction to Luffy’s “death”) and it’s been stated that if Shanks went wild he would be too much for the Gorosei to handle
So hypothetically speaking multiple Yonko also pose a serious threat to the core of the WG
But then Loki’s being hyped for something that even Roger seemingly couldn’t accomplish

Yes, he could have, but still, since Gaban was talimg about damaging them, I don't see another intepretation. Not to mention Harald was Xebec's peer, so him being able to do the same is kind of sure.

Even is harald was rocks peer that don't mean they going fight in the same way . ( we already know they did not with fodder damaging harald for 2 chapter )
I just don't think things were same with how the fight was done and what Oda want to show story wise and power scale wise .

The elders saying we should not make enemy out kaido had people hype him even more but of course luffy beat him .

I always thought the scene where the Gorosei got forcefully transported back to MJ was not because they directly fell victim to Joy boy haki but it was Imu feeling it through them which caused the link to falter or w.e.
Basically Imu twerked and they got sent packing as a result.

I barely even know who Loki is let alone a fan of his. I have only followed the powerscaling side of things.
