Its actually insane how much Oda has nailed it in that Loki is superior to Xebec, Harald, Roger&his crew (Including Oden/Ray/Gaban).

^Imu is saying that he wanted to integrate the giants into the WG, but it is not possible and outside of his control.

This once again reinforces that Imu is not the final villain, Imu himself is just a victim of history in his own way which is exactly what I predicted. There is some far greater evil that exists that the WG is burying, there is something greater happening outside of Imu’s control.

The final villain of this manga will be an all encompassing source of evil, not some victim of history who thought he could integrate the giants only to realize they are powerless to history lol.

I still think Imu is the FV he didnt want to integrate the giants but enslave and oppress them which is what the Earth God was doing to humanity before Nika freed them.

Might well be that Earth God himself comes back and Luffy will someone become Nika fully to fight him off idk.
