Loki is probably the biggest genetic freak of the manga, more than BM who had the first place until now, and had CoC at 17 YO, but no. "He has only the DF" lol.
As if having a top 3 DF worldwide was a bad thing too.

I like Doffy and even defend him from time to time but some of his fans legit think he was a low top tier all along lol.
Wasn't the point that he couldn't become the PK anymore once Luffy ate the fruit?
That's why he also gave his arm away to save Luffy. He had the potential to become the PK and even more than that but lost it once Luffy came along. Law never lost the chance to be who he's destined to be in the future, unlike Shanks.
