You can't compare sommers to the elders when they all have CoC .
We see in this flashback Gaban was doing attack and harald was able to heal easy and Gaban said it could be because of CoC.
Gaban and Shanks were even unable to slow him down really.

The argument that luffy never used acoc against elders is one i know of but it sound so stupid it crazy.
When he said he try everything .
But with the way how Oda draw haki guess we won't know.

We do not know if gorosei can use acoc as of now. None of them have shown adv coc. Not saying they don't have it but it isn't confirmed.

Also saturn without his zoan like abilities is complete fodder unlike base harald.

Yes but I forgot to point that out too ( english is not my first ).

Loki is also likeable character , has cool design , good and sad background story which makes him more likeable. Together with Xebec he is my favorite too , but to be honest I had him as such from the moment he was introduced when he didnt do anything strength related.

What's the scenario leading up to it..

I was pretty sure CoC was a counter to Imu's DF (which turned out to be true) but not in the way I thought. I thought CoC users wouldn't be mind controlled by him, and Sanji would unlock CoC when Imu tried to mind fuck him.

Gotta be some other scenario, but whatever it is, it will be some drastic, extreme moment that will push Sanji to the limit.

We never see Saturn fight without his DF so we don't how fodder he was without it .
Once a person has DF they will use it , harald did not have one so we see him fight normal .
Both of them could get harm from normal attacks from fodder.
