Seriously, someone explain to me why there's so much love for her. I'm not being snarky or anything like that, I'm really curious, why do people like her so much, from a personality/characterization standpoint?

Think of it this way: In a series not known for treating the female characters as competent, Gunko came in all cool and vicious. She showed up Loki, dunked 2/3 of the SHs including their YC2 (Jinbei), and executed her heartless mission by seizing the chance to take down Gaban.

And unlike the boisterous histerics of Nami, Hancock, and Big Meme, we see that Gunko is actually calculating and calm for the most part.

Gunko is so far a good presence.

Both let their opponent hit them in the end(the reason was thought that Loki or Roger/Garp did put lot of work to reach that stage), yet I think Loki one looks soo far better than the finisher Garp and Roger did.

If sommers and killingham are killed, will that weaken imu too much? Or is imu gonna turn around and add someone new?


Also, imu said pact users dying is a huge strain on him. But imu himself killed Saturn. So is that because imu just reabsorbed his essence from saturn?

If that is the case, then we could see a moment where imu is getting fucked in the ass by loki and goofy, and he just kills sommers and killingham himself to get a power boost and then teleports away to marie joa.

Yeah so you didn’t read the fight lmfao, Garp and Roger were covered in blood by the time the fight ended, it’s clear Xebec was beating them pretty badly in spite of the fact that he himself was suicidal. The whole point of Roger and Garp’s final blow on Xebec was that if it would have failed, they would have lost so they poured all of their strength into one final attack.

This narrative literally makes no sense if they were ragdolling Xebec lmfao, if they were beating him to begin with then why risk throwing the entire fight in one final desperate attack, just keep beating him up until he goes down eventually lol. The whole point of that final attack was that they were going to lose if they kept up their current fighting method, so they had to lash out in desperation.

And if Xebec would have actually fought back against them, then at least one of them wouldn’t have even landed a blow on him at all, and seeing as how both of them were required to finish him off, the fact that Xebec didn’t fight back against one or both of them is literal proof that he let them attack him. So, even if Xebec stood still and let Roger and Garp hit him, it doesn't matter as even you, with your struggling literacy skills can acknowledge that Xebec never took down the CoC barrier. Meaning he was fully defending as the CoC barrier was the only method of defense DR Xebec ever used. Loki defeated a fully defenseless Harald, Roger and Garp defeated a fully defending DR Xebec. It's vastly superior from that perspective, go cry about it.

Imo the issue is is seeing Loki as another generic ally or "princess of the arc" among others which makes some users scale him based on this notion, but he is clearly mean to be an unique character narratively. His unique lineage and eyes + producing crazy feats as a newborn + ate one of the two legendary fruits Xebec thought was necessary to topple the WG. While Luffy will obvious get the main meat, I wouldn't be shocked if Loki has the second biggest role in taking down the WG (or third behind Blackbeard depending on the direction Oda goes with him).
I guess it's hard to accept Oda would introduce such an important character after 1100 chapters with little foreshadowing, but I don't find any weirder than the MC's fruit going from Gomu Gomu to mythical god zoan twist 1000 chapters in with zero foreshadowing prior to Wano.
Is current Loki a god tier? won't go that far, but I fully expect him to be one by the epilogue.
